Hi Dani, all great tips. Using humor helps me lighten up when I am rehashing the past or writing a "soap opera" instead of a "Happy Ending". I like the phrase, “I’ve temporarily misplaced my sanity.” I use it when I catch myself reacting to echoes of old NO’s. The phrase brings humor to the moment. It makes it easier to break away from mechanical reactions and respond from a fresh perspective.

This is a fantastic amalgam! And it's a keeper—I've bookmarked it for future reference. I can leverage each-&-every item, and my favorite is the last—but not least: Believe in your ability to write your own happy ending. In fact, this sounds like something J.D. might have written himself. J.D., thanks for introducing us to Dani. Dani, thanks for insights.
