I built the list from experience and with care.

A long time ago, I heard Deepak Chopra say that job satisfaction is a key to happiness in life. His point was along the lines that we have to have a meaningful purpose in our work. I’ve taken it to heart, and, in a Covey way, I try to find my voice, and help others find theirs.
