Hi JD .. lists are certainly essential at times of life. Now I'm not working I use them less .. once I'm free and back up and running again I know I'll be back to using them .. and will definitely use various forms and mind maps for my projects.

I'm lucky I have a good memory .. cheers for now - Hilary

Hi JD .. I catch quotes as I read .. and sadly that part of my memory doesn't remember them - but it's great when I read other quotes on people's blogs .. as I can revisit - and somehow they seem to pop up when we need them.

I have no idea if anyone has said .. but you can't rewind the video .. so get on with life ahead of you ..

Great listings .. cheers Hilary

@ Galen -- Thank you.

I think that's a beautiful thing in life ... when we find how to shine, or others help us find our shine. Or, as Covey would say, find your voice and help others find their's.

@ Samantha -- It's got me wondering whether I gave fair chance or had the right arena for some of my potential intelligences.

The right teacher or mentor really can play a key role in unleashing our potential. And I think deliberate practice is another key to capitalizing on our potential.

@ Zubair -- Thank you.

@ Ershad -- There is a lot to be said for self-efficacy. The true beauty of a timeless quote is the fractal nature, or how we can peel through layers like an onion.

@ Debbie - It sounds like you found a great way for making worries go away.

I think what I value the most about lists, is there ability to share information in compact form.

I actually wish I had lists of insight from all my books. Turning books into insightful lists is a lot of work, but it takes the knowledge to the next level.

@ Thomas -- Thank you.

I'm a fan of paper too. I like digital for dealing with massive mounds, but in general, nothing beats a quick and dirty paper list.

It is a great pratice to write down the list first while you are clear and intentional, before getting sidetracked.

This is such an important post, JD! I think that bit by bit we're learning to value those other types of intelligence and include it in our general definition of the word. It's so key to understanding that all humans are valuable!
