@ Alik — I read this one multiple times — it’s deep.

I really like that Bob and Gregg honed in on the idea that everyone is a leader, and how the sum of the whole is more than the parts.

The idea of “team of leaders” is a sticky one. I’m using it daily now.

Nice practical application part and the principles are moving too.
I am a big fan of simple questions/check lists. This one comes very handy and timely.
