He is also the founder of High Performance Academy, where he is one of the top motivators and high performance trainers in the world.
The book is Love Works: Seven Timeless Principles for Effective Leaders, by Joel Manby. It’s all about leading with love. It’s a great book with a proven model for creating and sustaining a successful life and a successful organization.
One of the best new leadership books I’m reading now is Triple Crown Leadership: Building Excellent, Ethical, and Enduring Organizations, by Bob Vanourek and Gregg Vanourek.
