You can act intelligently, or act in an unintelligent way. And, according to Gallup Interviews, acting intelligently is fundamental to success in work and life.
If you want to get more from your moments, to really engage in your moments, then ask yourself, “What should I be thinking about?” And put your mind back into the moment.
